Newman’s Own Foundation today named UMBC’s Relay for Life a finalist in the foundation’s third annual Campus Community Service Challenge. The Relay for Life student group is partnering with the American Cancer Society to educate the UMBC community about cancer prevention and intervention, including the importance of cancer screenings and healthy lifestyle choices.
